Water Fountain Past Hillcroft From Bellaire HS

Weather was pretty good to run in, but the sun was still in my eyes a little bit. I didn't really feel like running this morning, but I felt pretty good during the run. My muscles were a little tired from the 5k time trial, but it wasn't too bad. My mile times were 7:53, 7:25, 6:53, 6:38, 7:00, 7:38, and 6:51 pace for last quarter mile. The mile from Hillcroft to Chimney Rock, I felt really good. I was going around 6:20-6:30 pace. It wasn't hard at all. It was nice picking it up to a fast comfortable pace for one mile. It wasn't hard on my body at all. It didn't feel like a fast workout at all. I felt really good. Overall, it was a good workout that didn't take anything out of me.
