Gym: Cybrex 30 min (a little over a mile) Shoulder exercises; calf steps and jumps; 60 lunges; planks 10 sec each side; a few pilates (not much)
Ran to track; a mile of 100 sprints some run curves and other walk 100m. Ran hill up to street (100m).
