Hills then Tempo

Weather: Sunny 75

Comments:
Hill: My legs felt ridiculously weak going up the hill and I couldn't control my breathing so I was getting light headed. I went faster than I should have down hill to catch back up with the girls; so my knees were pretty inflamed. I wish I had done better.
Tempo: I started out in the back of the pack and couldn't seem to keep up with everyone. Then about ten minutes in I started choking up because I was so frustrated that I was loosing my group. I had to stop and walk a few times because I couldn't get myself to calm down and it was getting really hard to breathe. In the end I was probably a god two minutes behind them I think I just gave up.

I didn't roll out until Sunday so I'm not sure how that's going to effect Monday
