My Friend walked me through his new active warm-up routine and I really liked it. After our active warm-up last year I would feel groggy and still tight. After this I felt much better with minimal energy exertion. After that we did 110m Ins & Outs. 20m jog, 30m acceleration (focusing on the drive phase so trying to stay in the phase throughout the entire distance), 30m sprint (focused on knee elevation), 20m coast

I need to work a lot on my knee elevation. I'm going to try to focus on lifting my feet above my planted knee before my foot passes through the planted leg, which will force my knees to get higher. Along with that, I need to continue to focus on staying tall and not leaning forward
