Started from a 3-point (because I didn't have spikes) and worked on my drive phase. Need to stay low even when it feels like I could get up. Right when it starts to feel awkward to stay down and leaning, then I'll come upright. Did well with that on many in the first set but not as well in the second set. Definitely a work in progress
