Comments:
Did 6 200s with my Friend. First 50m was all-out acceleration working on the drive phase, 2nd 50 was all-out sprint, 3rd 50 was a coast followed by 50m deceleration.
Felt very good on a bunch of them with my first few driving steps. Kept my feet low to the ground but not quite at a toe-drag level. Continued to focus on driving my feet above my knee to cycle through and work on my knee drive
