Comments:
3x10m-3x20m-3x10m accelerations
Had spikes and started in a four-point. Felt very good with my first few steps. I was driving very well and I was patient with my start, letting my legs make slightly slower but significantly more powerful steps, rather than trying to get my legs moving as quickly as possible
My legs were sore from the workout earlier but this wasn't a terribly taxing workout so I was OK with doing it
