Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Went to the pit with the distance team. Started to do 5x5 of everything. Friend said it's the optimal set-rep combo for strength without bulk so sounds coolio to me
Leg Press- 270
Dead Lift- 265
Squats (5x3 for time's sake)- 205
Dead lift felt a lot better today than in the past but I'll have to see later today/tomorrow how sore my back is to see if I overused it. Didn't get as low with squats as I should have but I'm not too concerned
