Worked on some top-end speed stuff with my Friend

1x200 95-100%

Felt pretty shitty form-wise throughout. I was trying too hard with my form so I just needed to relax and let it happen. I think the slow pace messed me up but that just means I need to continue to work on it. It was the first top-end work I've done since readjusting my knee-drive so it was a new experience. I felt pretty good on my 200. Very relaxed the first 100m, had a very aggressive lean going, got the knees up on the last 100m and felt very very fatigued on the last 30m with my butt tightening up but I held strong, kept my form and finished through. I was pretty satisfied with the 200 especially given the level of fatigue up to that point. Finished in 25.4 which I was pretty surprised about given how tired and relaxed I was
