Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Jacy and I had to run at 2:30 because of class at 5. It was superrr hot and humid with virtually no shade! Jace and I did 5x3 mins with 90 seconds rest. It was a tough workout, but even when I felt weak,
I was able to push it each set to a faster gear. I was soo happy to get back from that run, it was pretty miserable. Praise God for a strong effort though...definitely wasn't just me out there that day...
