Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran mile & 800 reps on the LCA football field. I felt really strong with each one, and tried to run smart. My pace felt pretty relaxed even though I was running hard. It was nice to run on grass too, haven't had a workout on grass yet. Good xc practice with the hills n everything.
