Comments:
I felt surprisingly NOT SORE the next day after the scrimmage, but I was just tired in general. I ran a good clip the way out, but couldn't hang with Jacy and the recruit on the way back. Rebekah said we could treat this run as a recovery run since we just raced, so I did.
