EARLY MORN Tempo at BWater!

Met at Luurts at 6 this morn (ouch!) and drove to BWater where we ran the warm up like in the dark! It lightened up though once we got to the bridge and tempo trail. I ran 25 mins worth of tempo and felt strong and was able to push it. I think I went faster each of the 4 miles.

Coach Zion mapped out the loop each mile, but the first one seemed a little off. It said that I was at 8:02 for the first mile, which deff didn't seem right...then the second mile seemed short, hit it at like 13:20. Hit the 3rd mile at about 18:35ish and then the last mile I finished at about 25:41? Idk...good effort though. I keep feeling stronger each day. Praise God! :)
