Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I just didn't feel myself. It was good run regardless. I went out a little faster, so that way the pack didn't have to wait for me to do 7. but I stopped to tie my shoe, and at the light so we ended up running together for their last 3. My fastest mile was 7:34, slowest was 7:57. That was going up the hill by my self. Most of the miles were just at 7:40.
I'm sore from lifting, and tired from the workout but that all hit me after the run.
