First team lift of the year. Had to show Roger (a new guy) all of the lifts from the sheet so I didn't get much out of it honestly. Captain's gotta do what a captain's gotta do. I at least dead lifted 5x3 at the end. Decent weight (160 lbs) but I gotta start to work on dropping the bar slowly to get the retracting muscle-work as well
