Not a whole lot of sleep last night. Tonight will be rough too, lots of hw...
Pyramid fartlek. Felt really good first half. Workout got hard but I felt better than I have in most every workout so far so that was really good. Stayed with group 2.
Intervals: 3x:30, 3x1:00, 3x1:30, 2:00, 3:00 then back down. Final 3x:30 felt real good. Workout ended up being super long, really tired after.
