Comments:
Not my greatest workout today. During the warmup my diaphragm was bothering me and I knew it was going to carry over to the workout. The first two intervals I kept a steady pace but the side stitch was getting worse. Sat out the third interval to see if it would make the pain subside. Still had a stitch the rest of the workout but it was better than before. The only good interval I was satisfied with was the last one. Hoping my diaphragm will be better tomorrow.
