Comments:
The laps were short. I felt good for the reps I did.My breathing was a bit weird because I have a slight cough but that didn't bother me. I shut it down because I started getting some pain. I decided not to push through it like you said. I'll cross train one day. Hopefully this is the last workout I drop out of.

I saw the trainer: we did some heat, foam rolling, he rolled me out, and ice. It didn't hurt as bad as last time and I am not bruising. I'll cross train tomorrow and I think I should be fine by Wednesday.
