Mile repeats on the 'mill with Marc W. Grateful for the opportunity to run with him two days in a row. Going through the trial of miles together makes the trial itself more bearable. 6 x 1-mile on the docket this evening with quarter mile rest jog in between. Took a progression approach to this one, and it turned out well. The end of the workout was definitely a challenge with is really what I wanted. I want to get used to having to struggle a little bit at the end of these longer workouts. Splits below.
