Weather: 70s, getting sunnier and hotter throughout

Comments:
A really strong showing for what was most people's first 5km of the year. Plenty of room for improvement and a lot of very invested runners on this team. We are starting off in a such a strong place at so many levels of the team.

I got to run the full warm up which was probably 2.25 miles of actual running and then I got to cheer for 6 races. That hill gets pretty tedious, and for two races I opted to run off-course along a gravel road connecting roller coaster hill to the bus parking lot. (Same elevation change, but variation none the less.) Top of left foot was still feeling very tender form the too tight shoes Friday and my feet were quite swollen and tired by the time I got home. There were moments when I'm shouting so much and sprinting so much and not drinking enough... that I get light headed and out of breath. I think that is the sign of a workout, too much shouting, and not enough hydration... Funny that...
