Clearcut Hill Workout + Core

Today we did a hill workout at clearcut. We warmed up there, did stretches and then I did 3x1mile hill repeats, then jog down and do it again. The first one was my fastest, second my slowest, and third my second fastest. Overall it was good, very tough on the steep hill. But a good tough workout in my trainers.
