Alumni 5k!! Felt really great. Legs a little tired from the hard week. Surprising considering how little sleep I got. It was a success but I want more. It's time to focus.
Took the first mile nice and slow so the second half of the race was quick
fastest 5k of my life. Huge farm pr too.
Long hilly cool down so tomorrow can be a bit easier
