Easy 6 with Joe
a couple barefoot striders. Legs were shot at the beginning, eased into the run nicely.
last 1.5 miles breathing only through the nose. Kinda to make up for no swim yesterday.
8x30 core with no breaks, I think this works alot better.
really quality stretch for tomorrow.
