Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I decided not to push it and do 5 with everyone. It was a great run, we all told stories the entire time which helped me through it. The pace was a bit off but I think because we were all tired. I had some minor aches, nothing that increased over time.
I weight lifted, all upper body with little Lindz. It was great, really felt a workout from that!
I went to yoga for an hour too! After I ran I felt like my hip was stiff, and I wanted to pop it. This did just the trick for me. It was great on my IT i could feel it stretching for the first time. I just feel great. All relaxed. Definitely going to make all the free yoga classes I can now.
