Potters workout

Comments:
4x mile with 2 minutes rest. I felt good for this workout which I'm very happy about, I owe credit to the glucose tablets and energy packet. I think they really helped cause I would have normally felt terrible on a day liked today, especially since it was so humid out. My legs hurt the most for the workout, right one especially weird. Also RIP To my ring finger toe nail :(
