Weather: In basement - it was raining

Comments:
Run 3 minutes / walk 1 minute. Ran on the treadmill. Went a lot better and I ran it faster. I recalibrated the nike chip on Wednesday. The chip said 4.0 miles, but the treadmill said 3.5 miles, so I walked the rest of the way until the treadmill said 4.0 miles.
