Exercise Type: Weights

I was in the gym for an hour today. Got some weird looks, because I crutched to each machine. I did a lot of the same machines as last time. Definitely stepped it up, all the weight went up. Except for the pull up machine, that went down. The goal is for me to do a couple of pull ups in a row with the boot on because why not. I feel really sore. Still sore from the abs on Saturday too.
As for the foot, minor pain. I did a lot of walking and standing this weekend so it's more sore than anything. Regardless I am doing less, trying to keep off it.
