Weather: rain turning to muddy overcast, 50s
Comments:
Jogged and walked for 2 miles of the course. Coached 7 races, but being Glory Days that didn't cover much mileage. Right foot was unhappy, but left plantar was the worst part... darn spikes. I even had tight calves the next morning.
