Comments:
mollywhopped...its been 4 hours since the run and i still feel shaky, hoping a good sleep will fix things...
run: 3 miles to phils in 22:00, got chased by a shortish poodle which made my heart race
then 5.25 possibly more loop with phil but i was feeling the heat....not sure about time as i had to run-walk the last bit
