Comments:
Cold, rainy, muddy 8 mile easy run. Hell yes.
Talked with coach today about my life and also running. The plan is to train with the guys still on xc for the next 2 and a half weeks and taper for a time-trial 5k.
There will be some modifications to workouts for example tomorrows mile repeats will be at sub 16 5k pace (5:06ish)
Still doing downstairs lift (will do wednesday and Friday)
hurdle drills and L7 STRETCH
this week is full milage, next week -15%, week after -10%
