Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
To paraphrase Stephen Colbert, "Great run or greatest run ever?" Felt really strong heading out. I turned around and wanted to push a little. I waited until I had about 6 to go and then start quickening the stride. Stayed very relaxed and smooth the whole time. I was somewhat shocked when I got to the first marker I knew and saw the pace - I thought I was moving 30 sec/mile slower. Ended up going about 6:15 pace for miles 8-12 then 6:25 pace for the last two.
