Pool run.

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
I did an hour in the pool. It was pretty hard effort based of my breathing. It wasn't too boring, I just watched swim team go back and forth. I also listen to their weird music the entire time. Medium effort was to keep myself breathing heavy, and my heart rate up but not a sprint. Hard effort was a sprint where I counted how many strides I can do in a minute, 60-66 usually.

10 minutes warmup
8x4 minutes medium effort, 1 minute hard effort
Last set of 4 minutes was split into 3 minutes medium, 1 minutes sprint ( wanted to end it on a hard effort)
10 minutes cool down
