We went with a mix between coach L's and Barnes's workouts because we wanted something quick but didn't want to be too tired for Friday.
5 x goal pace quarters (60 sec rest):
74, 76, 74, 76, 76
2 x quicker quarters (aiming for 64 then 62)with spikes
gimme 64, 62
one more goal pace quarter with fatigue and spikes
