I got into the pool today. I decided to give myself a pretty tough workout, because of my week. I felt good. Already super tired from it!
10 minutes warm up
1 minute hard; 1 minute medium
2 x 2 minute hard; 2 minutes medium
2 x 3 minutes hard; 3 minutes medium
4 minutes hard; 4 minutes medium
5 minutes hard; 5 minutes medium
10 minute cool down.
Felt good to be in the pool.
