Comments:
Workout consisted of 4 600's with a very large hill in the middle. My legs felt tingly for some reason but I had a great workout. I felt strong and confident. I used the same strategy every time and it worked. I would take it out comfortably fast so I was up from then let people pass me up on the hill if they were going to fast then I would crest the top of the hill hard and get them on the downhill. I liked how it felt and I'm hoping this confidence will carry over to a good race at Feds.
