She forced me to go bike with her at 8 AM on my day off!! It's okay I still love her. We did a bike workout but I was feeling super tired so i didn't warm up into it for a while. We did 10 minute up, 1 minute on, 2 minutes off, 10 minutes down.
We lifted and did abs
