Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I caught Maddie running as I left my workout from the bradley and she said she'd do two miles with me. So we had to walk to potters. It was super cold. There was ice patches already on potters!!! I definitely didn't warm up into it until like half through the second mile. It's depressing that 2 miles is so tough for me right now. But I knew it wasn't going to be easy.
I rolled my ankle twice, of course on the broke foot. It was fine nothing to big to worry about. Icing and bands later.
