Comments:
My foot was bothering me a lot today. There's a bump where I broke it that's larger than usual. It's more sore than anything. I kept it at 2.5 today mostly bc 3 is just too hard for me right now. I stayed on the track and on the women's soccer field. It felt good on soft.

My legs felt tight, I need to start warming up better before I run. I started taking iron, and doing bands for my IT. Going to look up yoga stuff later so hopefully that can help.
