Comments:
Felt great to do a workout with the team again. The first 4x400 we constantly hit 75. The 3 mile tempo definitely felt very controlled, especially since I had Max to run with. The next 4x400 felt slightly more difficult, but we were able to keep it around 71.I definitely feel that I started off the season on the right foot.
