swimming in the serpentine

I love the tranquility of hyde park at 06:30 on a Saturday morning, before anyone else save for a few swimmers is out of bed.

Struggled to find any rythm in the wetsuit, need to make a point of getting at least one swim a week in the wetsuit. Managed to find my stroke eventually and did one good 300m while sighting every 3 strokes.

Had a physio appointment afterwards and was advised to allow my foot another week to recover by sticking to the bike and staying away from running, which will be difficult but necessary I guess
