I had to squeeze this in before my final. I probably could have done the hour but I honestly have been feeling so tired. I have started taking my iron again, foam rolling, and bands just to make sure my IT band doesn't flare up now.
15 minute warm up and and 10 minute cool down
2x 1 minute hard 1 minute medium effort
2 minute hard and 2 minute medium effort
3 minute hard and 3 minutes medium effort
2x4 minute hard and 4 minutes medium effort
This is my favorite pool workout if you can't tell!
