Getting ready for winter break and starting to form the outline if my workouts!
Did 30 push-ups, sit-ups, leglifts and squats( no weight)
Then swordsmanship drills
Did 15 sit-ups, push-ups, leglifts and squats ( no weight) in chainmail
Did swordsmanship drills in chain
Did bench press (5 countdown sets) of 110
Ran 3 miles
It was a good workout
