I don't like the bikes at this gym. They don't have straps on the pedals which just seem so weird to me! They are also weird about the mileage bc I'm definitely going faster than it says. I used the recumbent bike today. Rpm 90-91 level 6. For 15 minutes just to finish 6 hours for the week.
