Really great run! Weather was amazing. It was 41 degrees. I only wore a beanie, gloves, shorts, and a shirt. There was minimal wind if any at all. My mile times were 8:03, 7:30, 7:22, 7:23, 7:15, 7:21, 7:10, 7:03, 7:02, 7:03, and 6:45. Before the run I planned on 7 miles. About 3 miles in, I decided to do 8. Then I decided on 9, then 10, and finally 11. I felt really good the whole run. The run didn't start to get increasingly difficult until the last 2 miles. I felt it a little bit, but it wasn't too bad. I think this run helps build a lot of confidence for me going into the half marathon. My fitness now is so much better than it was during the summer and last winter. I felt great today and it was truly a great run.
