Weather: 98.7 said it was -31 with windchill!!
Comments:
Super cold. Ran 6 miles with Josh and then did 4x200 w 200 recovery between each one. Ended with 1200 cooldown. 200 splits were 36,35,33,31 :) Nice to break in my new shoes too.
