Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The first mile of my run was off at about 8:20. My ankles were feeling sore. So I stopped collected myself, retied my shoe. I was determined to bring avg pace down. It hurt, I was super tired for a long time after. I stretched after, I was super sore after yesterday's workout.
My free week at the gym is up so I'll resume cross training when I get back.
