Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So my groups advisor, and the owner of the place decided they will bike next to me while I run. So I do two short runs so I ma not away for too long. First run is at 5:30 am before we feed las lapas at 6:00 am and second one is at 4:30 pm when it cools back down. They are super nice and I am grateful that they understand that I want to train. My IT band was bothering me today, but I need new shoes. More by my knee just my left. Not much I can do but stretch. Hopefully it'll feel better if I stretch. Second run was after a swim in the local river so it was great!
Loving it here! Hope the snow there is just as fun!
