Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Cold run. I wasn't happy that Coach Ward had us do 2 days in a row of speed work. But it was small quantity. I was not running hard at all today. I was running comfortably hard for mile repeats. We planned on 6, but stopped at 3. I could have done 6 easily. I felt good, but that pace felt a little harder than I wish it did. The speed will come though. I also ran by myself comfortably so if I was going to make this a real hard workout, I would be running 5:45s or maybe faster.
