Started off on with the 6 hills group, however, having not done much training in the last 2 months I couldn't keep the killer pace that the boys were setting. I got dropped as soon as things got steep. Decided to continue on the 3 hills route with another serpie. Set a great pace on the way home after box hill. Great session, exactly what I needed.
