Comments:
did 10 reps of the 400 hill. Don't think it was quite 400m
Took one off while the group did their 9th then did one with just chippy to make it 10.
Nice and hard workout.
On the way back cooling down, I felt the chest pain so I emailed Jess and I guess I'm getting an event monitor...
All rest was equal distance as rep, just down the hill. Its added all as one interval at the end.
